By using Dumb Stats (dumbstats.com), voting, or making a poll, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. You are responsible for your polls

Polls, questions and answers are written by users, not by Dumb Stats. The user who creates a poll is solely and fully responsible for its content and for any consequences of publishing it, including any claims from other people or authorities.

Dumb Stats does not review polls before they are published and does not endorse, check or guarantee anything users write.

2. What you may not post

You may not create polls that:

are illegal in Norway or in the country you post from;
harass, threaten, defame or expose a real, identifiable person, or share someone's personal information;
promote hatred or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar;
contain or link to sexual content, especially anything involving minors;
encourage violence, self-harm, crime or terrorism;
infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
are spam, scams or advertising.

3. No responsibility for user content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumb Stats and its owners accept no responsibility or liability for polls or other content created by users, including content that is illegal, offensive, inaccurate or harmful, and for any loss or damage arising from it. We act only as a host for content that users publish themselves.

You agree to cover any costs, claims or damages that Dumb Stats or its owners face because of a poll you created or because you broke these terms.

4. Removal of content and accounts

We may remove any poll, its votes, or a user account at any time and without notice, for example if we believe it breaks these terms or the law. When we are made aware of clearly illegal content, we will remove it promptly.

5. Results are just for fun

Polls are not scientific. Results depend on who happens to vote and may be wrong or manipulated. Don't rely on them for any decision.

6. The service is provided "as is"

Dumb Stats is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is available, error-free or kept online. We may change or close the site at any time.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
